I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP
Interview
I initially made contact with ADP through my college job board. I was contacted by a recruiter and had a short over the phone interview. She asked about my job experience, what I liked about school, and why I thought I would be a good fit for sales. After that they set me up for an interview at their main office the next week where I was interviewed by six or seven different people (VP's of different departments, managers of departments, and a sales rep or two). Make sure to sell yourself to them, and be very professional and sure of yourself!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ADP (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
recruiter reached out through a phone call, then zoom meeting with vp of sales then a in person ride along/panel interview. left waiting with no communication for an hour and a half.
Phone interview, then video interview, then in person. Make sure you complete the "homework" they assign you prior to each interview stage. Otherwise it's not a terribly difficult process. I had to do a role play call in my in-person interview, but again it wasn't bad.
Easy process - phone interview and In-person. Spoke with the recruiter first and then with the VP of sales before the in person. In person was with 3 sales executives.
