Interview
I had interviewed with several positions within the company before doing this one. Of them all, this one was the one that I felt most comfortable. They ask a serious of situational questions.

-Tell me about a time where you had to use mental awareness?
-Tell me about a time where you had a difficult customer; how did you resolve the situation?
So far I am waiting on my final interview. First interview was somewhat informal and very basic questions with some background on the role. It was just with the recruiter. They have been quick to respond and get the process going.
