I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Chandler, AZ) in Dec 2014
Interview
Interview process was long and about 4-5 interviews long. Phone interview is followed by an in-person interview. You'll do a field ride with your potential future mentor for an entire day to get a feel for what the job is like. Finally, you'll do a presentation to prove that you are competent on not only researching, but presenting.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ADP (Independence, OH) in Nov 2025
Interview
Awful interview process overall. Was rushed through the interview process during the holidays. 5 interviews were had, and on the 5th interview, a 45 minute presentation was required. Was told after the 5th interview that they would have a decision by the end of the week or early the week after. Here we are 3 weeks later. As much as they may seem like they really want you and think you’re the perfect candidate, they don’t and you’re not. You’re just a number. You don’t mean anything. Should have listened to all of my peers around me when they said ADP is an awful company to work with and work for. Do better.
It was a fairly Standard SAAS interview. First there is an Initial screening with HR, followed by more in depth with sales executive, final one usually with VP. Appreciated that there was clear and good communication on next steps through out the process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How you would research to gain access to a prospect.
The interview process started with a screening call with a recruiter. Then a preliminary phone interview followed by a video interview with a hiring manager. The final round was in person and included a shadow dial session and a practice pitch in front of a group of hiring managers.
