I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ADP (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2023
Interview
The interview process if I were to rate it was average. The interviewer came in a few minutes late but they came with great hospitality, which definitely helps if you're nervous coming into the interview. As they were late, we only did a few minutes of the behavioral section of the interview and then hopped straight into the technical. One thing I highly appreciate about the interview process was their response time; I received word back from then within a week! If you're here and you have an upcoming interview, all the best!!!

2) Write a function that returns the most occurring letter in a string
3) Combine the above ^ into one function
I would say in as much as leetcode helps, study data structures as much as possible because the questions may not even be there and you'd have to figure it out yourself

I interviewed at ADP
Interview
Very collaborative, positive experience overall. My interviewers were easy going people, helping in difficult questions and definitely passionate about their work at the company. The interview involved two dsa questions followed by an hour long behavioral interview to check culture fit and personality

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2025
Interview
1st step was a quick phone screen where they basically verify that you're a human, just asking if you want to move on with the process, while asking a little about yourself, what tech stack you use a lot, etc
2nd step was a 1-hour interview (30 mins behavioral and 30 mins technical). In the behavioral they ask about your resume, about yourself, and "Give me a time... questions.. The technical was an easy/medium LeetCode question, closest one being LeetCode 316

Question 1
Create an algorithm that takes a String and returns the same string without duplicate letters.
Input: "AaBCDee"
Output: "ABCDe"
Was a big group interview with me and 5 others. No technical questions were asked, just behavioral and they just wanted to get to know me better. One guy even said that I can relax and that it won’t be bad at all.
