The interview process was facilitated by two employees who have stayed for about or over a decade in the company. Questions heavily emphasized on getting to know who you are as a person by delving into your academic and professional history as well as goals and aspirations. Some questions would also look into how you respond to certain situations. A portion of the interview at the end is dedicated to questions from the applicant about the company or the interviewer.
