We’re so sorry to hear of your disappointing interview experience with us. The behaviours and messages that you describe are not representative of our ASOS values, and fall well below the standards that we expect from our team.
We’d like to offer some reassurance around our approach to a few of the areas that you mention. We do offer a discretionary bonus as part of our package, which is linked to our business targets. We know that flexible working is important to our ASOSers, and our aim is to empower our people to make decisions about the way in which they work best.
