3 stage interview
Interview with CS lead, Written task and then an interview with CS manger.
Took nearly 3 weeks to get back to me after my written task then emailed me mid week asking if I could attended an interview that same week, Manger did not reply back until the next day giving me 2 hours notice before my final interview. Spoke about themselves for the first 10 mins and asked absolutely pointless questions like what dead celeb I would go on a dinner date with and what I would do if I throw a football up in the air. Swore during the interview and used unprofessional language. I have global customer service experience working many Christmas and busy times and I did not get offered the job, gave me no free back as to why - don’t waste your time with this company.

Interview
I recently went through a three-stage interview process at Abbott Lyon. The first stage was an interview with the Director of Operations, followed by a data analysis and recommendation assessment for the second stage. The final stage was an interview with the COO, who is the brother of the founder.
Throughout the initial stages, I received very positive feedback from the recruiter, which led me to personalised that my candidacy was strong. However, I was not extended an offer after the final interview. The feedback provided was that I did not delve deep enough into detail in my responses. Traditionally, when interacting with C-suite executives, I have focused on concise and strategic communication rather than extensive detail, which has been appreciated in my past roles. Additionally, I was told I did not exhibit the "fire" that Abbott Lyon looks for in their employees. This was particularly surprising as it was the first time I had received such feedback in my professional career.
