      Nice office and monthly voucher code

      Cons

      Constantly overworked with little thanks. Not a good place to work if you want a healthy work-life balance. Prepare to get a lot of messages out of hours and be expected to do work in the evenings (outside of working hours), as workloads are really big Wouldn't recommend working here if you value your own mental health and personal time

      Abbott Lyon is a mess of a company from the top to bottom. The senior management gate keep everything and squeeze the lower levels for everything possible. The team is stretched so thin and the exceptions are so high that you are set up to fail before you start any project. If you ask for help or explain your difficulties you are left feeling unsupported and belittled for even asking in the first place. Time lines are often outrageous and not do able. Teams on the front line some how pull together and make it all work and keep this company going.
