Recruiter call was great, asked the typical 'why Abby Care', experience with growth and team management. Quickly scheduled for call with manager. Very unemotional, asked if I'm prepared to work long hours and weekends and did a mini case study asking how I'd approach research for a market expansion. Final round was a case study presentation. Took a lot of time as they asked to research expansion strategies in a new market and get a literal list of real leads. During the presentation, team was also very dull but gave positive feedback.
Received a very generic rejection later a few days later. Really hard not to feel like the case study was made to extract free work from candidates.
