1. Starting at the highest level, nobody in a leadership position has any prior leadership experience and it shows. Expect 60-80 hour work weeks and to be fired for not being a “cultural fit”. I can’t warn you enough to stay far away from this company if you have a family or want any kind of life outside of work. 2. Personal hygiene was also a concern with my direct supervisor. 3. With the lack of leadership combined with an obvious lack of concern or empathy for employees, I expect Wellspring Care (or AC) to be non existent in 24 months, which is a shame bc the community really needs more FCNA programs.
