in person. just going over the resume for a bit then asking what would you do in certain situations. why work for us and such. super easy process. then offer extended at the end of the interview

Interview
The interview process was very arduous and long. But at the same time I do not blame them because these companies need to know who exactly they are employing. That being said I respect the process.
