There are three rounds of interviews. The first is an HR phone screen with straightforward questions. The second is with the hiring manager, and the third is a team interview with director.

Interview
First interview was a Microsoft Teams video followed by an in person interview. Both with the same person. Questions did not seem to aligned with job description. Interview was light and personable.
