Allstate Agent Owner interview questions

Initial phone interview with HR/Headhunter , then an hour long interview where they also go through a fancy spreadsheet of THEIR assumptions, then a fingerprint check you pay for... then they don't bother to respond... and this is when they want $100k of your money to invest! Not bothering to reject a candidate is very impersonal (for a relationship business), unprofessional and cowardly!
