I have been working at Allstate full-time for more than a year

    Pros

If state Farm were a chuck roast, Allstate is "sirloin". Good company to work for, good work ethic, but sales-wise harder to sell to people who can't afford anything more than 'ground chuck'.

    Cons

if you in a relatively poorer area of the country, it's harder to sell Allstate, but it's a better product and company is seems more concerned with ethics and integrity
