My interview experience was unique in the sense that it happened entirely over the phone due to extenuating circumstances during the normal career fair interview process. It consisted of two phone interviews, the first of which was entirely HR-oriented (questions about resume, a few qualitative questions, etc), and the second, which was almost exclusively a technical interview. The technical interview consisted of them asking which field I'd had experience in I was particularly comfortable with, and then they asked a bunch of questions about that (I said databases, so off the top of my head, they asked about normal forms, joins, unary and aggregate operations, and some other stuff).
At the time of the interview, I had already had a good internship offer on the table, so I was mostly using this interview for practice, but I still took it seriously enough.
