Easy interview very friendly interviewers. Straight forward behavior based questions and two scenarios. They pitched Allstate very well and there were no issues with the interview process. The interview portion went very well until the recruiter low balled me and offered 22.5k lower than I was making. I’m not sure what the point in asking what my salary was
