Interview
The interview process was great. I was always kept aware of what was going on, even over the holidays. There was frequent communication with a recruiter over email and phone; I was paired with an awesome recruiter that was always willing to answer questions or offer assistance.

Tell us about a time you had to overcome something.
Very thorough, but friendly. They do ask the common interview questions using the STAR method and then go through the job responsibilities and training schedule. They answered any questions you may have that were not apparent in the job listing.
Too many interviewers on Zoom to focus on questions being asked and who was asking. Very distracting from the whole interview process. I wish they gave an interview rating or a reason as to why I was not chosen

Smooth managers was understanding. They understood my experiences with previous employers. I will work three again, I just left because I had to move out of country for a while.
