Ancestry Digitisation Operative interview questions

Scheduled a phone interview, they rang an hour late and called me the wrong name, asked very general questions such as why do you want to work for ancestry. Interviewer didn't seem to know much about the actual job or location as when asked if travel would be an issue I said no as I live in (town) which is where the job is based and he proceeded to ask if that was in the right county
