An intensive effort to introduce us to the world of mining as well as understanding how the company is structured. Over a week of activities, personality assessments and a final interview the company put a lot of effort into assessing and educating its candidates.

In a position of leadership, how did you handle insubordination? How did it effect your capacity to lead the team?
The interview was online, with two people asking questions. One interviewer typically asks questions within your field and the other person asks more about your character and analyses how you react to certain situations. They test whether you would fit into the culture of the company.
