Interview
Interview process started online. Had a call from the recruiter for a phone screen within a few days. Within a few hours the recruiter lined up the applicable phone screening with the 2 contacts in the CS org. Within a few days after the phone calls, I was invited into the Dallas office for one on one interviews with 3 different people. All was very simple, and went quickly, efficiently.

Interview
This was a very disappointing interview process.
I was contacted by a recruiter who put me forward for an interview with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with a technical lead and their VP customer success for the northern European region. This person had to postpone the interview (which is fair enough) to then turn up 10 minutes late and conclude the interview by saying that I was definitely through the next round, after which they blissfully disappeared.
Apart from the interview with the technical guy, the whole process was overly easy, with no challenging questions and the general impression that they were trying to convince me than the other way around.
I found it poor that they wasted my time to then lie to me and randomly disappear.
Very disappointing experience frankly.

Question 1
Apart from the technical lead with whom I had a very interesting conversation about their product and my company's product, there was no real competency based interview, apart from the VP asking me how I would recommend they should manage critical platform downtimes to their customers.
Overall a pretty inexperienced and disorganised organisation which seem to privilege the emotional element over actual skills and experience based on my interaction with them

Interview
I was first contacted by a recruiter. The first Interview was with the Team Leader and followed by a meeting with the director of Inside Sales and the VP of EMEA.
