Getting the chance to attend E learning was easy, but the materials they gave was very long and takes a lot of time to study. Even when you took time to read and learn, in the end passing the exam to start working for them was difficult. I think the point to hire real people to enhance search experience is to consider how real humans react. Unfortunately I failed the test (Appens, Leapforce) even with an experienced marketing background. I would say the standard for each question is inconsistent since we are not robots and we do make human judgements. I felt like I worked for them for free during those exams.
