I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Apple (Cupertino, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
A portfolio review followed by a series of one on one casual conversations about life and sometimes the role. Come prepared with questions for the team. It is more about culture fit than anything if you make it past portfolio review and they are still being nice to you. You will need to ask them for breaks and water between interviews if you did not bring any.
I received an email from a recruiter who wanted to know more about me, and then we had a call on the phone to get brief information about the role and the team.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Apple
Interview
Quick call and following call with design management. Overall standard and a positive process. They wanna make sure to right fit for the teams and future opportunities. They are really friendly and helpful throughout whole process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (San Francisco, CA) in July 2022
Interview
Pretty simple process. Had an interview with a Design Operations Manager. He was very nice and professional. My only issue was even after asking further questions, I struggled to get a clear picture of the type of work I would be contributing.
