Interview
Video interview with the manager the week after my application and lasted 30 mins. Quite relaxing chat on what they do and my background. He also warned me I could get 6-8 more interviews, but I just got only 2 more two weeks after at the same day (45 mins each). Here the questions were more a bit technical mostly related to my background.
Two days after the recruiter in charge of the process told me they don't want to proceed any longer they don't provide feedbacks.

How do you write a Fibonacci function with Python / C++?
I had a 15 to 20 mins chat with the recruiter, who described what the role was about and what skills they are looking for. Then the recruiter set up a technical interview with a hiring manager for me.
The interviewer came late and asked nonsense. He behaved super unprofessional and eat during the interview process. Finally, he ended the meeting 10 mins earlier. Bad experience and cautious about people related to manufacturing.
Initial recruiter screening followed by 5 technical interviews with members of the engineering team. The interviews focused on my experience, problem-solving approach, and technical knowledge relevant to optical systems and instrumentation.
