Very simple and interviewer super nice! She was very attentive and asked follow-up questions. Interview questions were standard and simple. I would recommend this company. Their interview process is well organized and make it easy to fit into individuals schedule.
Group interviews where you had to speak about your experience and answer scenario questions. You had to speak about client facing roles and how to best suit what the customer is looking for. Personality traits and people skill set based.
There were some scheduling questions asking about what times the candidates could work. Then 3 STAR questions like tell me about a time where you had to handle an unsatisfied customer.
