1. Store technical team leader I asked about serval questions about my past experience and why Apple.
2. Store technical team leader II asked about job competence and detailed scenario about customer service experience.
3. Regional leader asked about competence questions.

Very straight forward, ask about your previous work experience and customer service experience. Was totally like a conversation and not like a script they were going off. It’s a simple process and truly seamless
Challenge yourself. Each interview is different than the last even for the same role. You must be able to share stories that support the goals of the store. Moving up can be quite challenging due to the number of applicants

long - 1-2 months generally 3-5 interview rounds including the initial group interview/seminar. Each interview thereafter is with one manager, one and one and then eventually the store manager where they generally group you with 2 or 3 other people.
