I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (New York, NY) in Sept 2021
Interview
You will receive an email to interview with someone over the phone (screening). If you move to the next round you will be interviewed through zoom. Lastly, if everything goes well you be asked to interview in-person. Overall, the interview process is easy. Recruiters are not looking for an Issac Newton. They are actively recruiting people who are empathic, have strong communication skills, and can think on their feet.
