was interviewed by the manager and lead analyst of the team. interview questions was role specific and scenario based questions. The second round was interviewed by the team members to see if they can relate to you in that brief conversation.

Describe an incident that you have to handle with a difficult user/customer. Walk through the steps on how you handled the situation.
It was great and very efficient. I feel like the questions were easy, while also being meaningful. The Interviewer also knew what they were doing which helped out the process a lot.
