Very straight forward, ask about your previous work experience and customer service experience. Was totally like a conversation and not like a script they were going off. It’s a simple process and truly seamless

Interview
Three rounds of interviews, each manager does not know what you said to the last one to maintain fairness and balance. They only review answers together after the last interview. Takes 2 weeks to 1 month to receive an answer from the first interview, and maybe up to 2 months from the time you submit the resume. If your resume doesn’t garner an interview, you may not receive a decline email. If you do not pass the next round, they give you an hour to review how to do better next time.

To paraphrase, think of a time you and a colleague encountered a challenging social situation, and how did you overcome it as an individual, together, and as a team? To paraphrase: Describe a difficult iPhone appointment, what was the issue and how did you find a solution? There is a 3rd or 4th question but it changes every so often.
Challenge yourself. Each interview is different than the last even for the same role. You must be able to share stories that support the goals of the store. Moving up can be quite challenging due to the number of applicants

long - 1-2 months generally 3-5 interview rounds including the initial group interview/seminar. Each interview thereafter is with one manager, one and one and then eventually the store manager where they generally group you with 2 or 3 other people.
