First interview via phone and then hiring freeze. No contact after. Difficult time to be interviewing so neutral experience. Maybe will reapply after the market heats up a little bit more.

Question 1
General questions for first interview. Nothing technical.
During the phone screed a second position was offered and I was asked to see what I would prefer. Felt like a mind game since did not progress even though it was like "... will line up more.." lost headcount, team restructure who know's but sort of unprofessional.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Palo Alto, CA) in Mar 2025
Interview
Initial phone screening, then technical interview , questions about OWASP top 10 and how to fix code. Coding assessment and walkthrough in language of choice. I used Python. Also know basic cyber security questions and how web page requests work
