Interview
Very easy and straightforward. No technical questions, just questions about previous job task/responsibilities. About 6-7 rounds. Everyone was very nice. Great experience. Was done over 2 days via Zoom during Covid.

Describe your responsibilities at your current job.
The interview process included an initial recruiter screening, technical and behavioral interviews, Excel and financial analysis assessments, followed by panel discussions focused on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
I only made it through the first stage. The interviewers were very friendly and the questions were open ended which made it easier to answer. I felt comfortable and at ease.

When have you disagreed with your manager and how did you handle it?
I only got to the HR screener so can't give to many details. Standard HR questions involving tell me about yourself and juggling deadlines. Not many technicals in the HR round.
