The interview process consisted of four technical rounds, each focusing on different aspects of digital systems. The questions primarily covered topics such as logic gate implementation, digital circuit behavior, binary arithmetic, and the design and analysis of combinational and sequential logic. I was also asked to explain how various logic operations are implemented in hardware and to analyze timing and functionality in digital designs. The interviews tested both theoretical understanding and practical problem-solving skills in digital system design.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Apple in July 2025
Interview
Process started with a ~15 min phone screen with a recruiter asking basic info like availability and work authorization. After this it went to a ~45 min technical screen with a hiring manager where I was asked a little about my background and some basic EE questions. I passed and went to a panel interview consisting of six people (one of which was the same HM). Was grilled on a wide range of basic tech questions, display specific questions, behavioral questions, and of course more questions about my previous work. Unfortunately I did not pass this round, but if I did I think I would have had one more interview at the director level.

Question 1
For this simple RC circuit and a given waveform, what will the transient voltage/current across a load be?
1 hr call, 2 screens then panel, then waiting for approval. panel has 7 individual interviews. panel has 1 xf and 1 behavior, others are technical EE fund. result for each stage come back in a week, depends on which team and the manager, some team is quick some team is very very slow
