I applied online. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at Apple (London, England) in July 2025
Interview
There's an initial virtual "conference" style call where you're told about the company, experiences and some details about the role, such as length of contract, stores looking for candidates, specific times they might be looking for, etc. Afterwards, there's a group interview in your selected store and if selected a second virtual group interview on WebEx. If selected there's a past the second interview you'll be meeting with your manager and discuss the role further one on one.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were many behavioural questions, looking for team experiences, problem resolution and customer experience. An example is: Tell me about a time you worked with someone with a different background as yours or did things differently than you.
Plusieurs entretiens, systématiquement en groupe. Processus assez long. Le plus difficile des entretiens que je connaisse. Parfois une longue attente avant réponse. Possibilité de repasser un entretien 6 mois après un échec.

Question 1
Racontez une situation difficile et comment vous y avez fait face.
It’s a very long process so have patience. Sometimes they will give you feedback but if you are external you will just receive a turn down email. Keep applying. Apple says it’s not a NO. It’s a not now and that’s very true.
Famously competitive as always, my odds were better since I kept updating my resume whenever I was on the job search. They reached out to me first by email, I completed an application, and then had three rounds of interviews in total.
