Interview
I got an interview invitation after applying on LinkedIn. HR conducted the interview via WA call and its about 30 mins. A week after that, i got another invitation for a user interview. The interview was super pleasant and i enjoy every second of it
CV > HR > User. HR interview is more about the personality, cultural fit, and past experiences. While user interview is heavy on the role & trends. Both interviews conducted within a week.
