Applied online first. In the second step, an HR person set up a 30-40 min meeting and asked technical questions and previous experience. The third step was a 3 hour online coding assignment that required you to solve 4 coding questions. The questions were easier than the leetcode questions, and didn't require skills and knowlege of data structures and algorithms. I felt the purpose was to check if you could memorize the grammar of the programming language and complete writing some functions in the chosen programming language. Each step took at least a month to process. Finally received a canned rejection email without any information about how the interview and the assignment were evaluated. This is a typical black-boxy type of interview experience: the company asked you to spend hours of time and finally they just replied you with a canned rejection letter that took them a minute. No technical interactions, no explanation what was tested, no feedback at all.
