I applied for the Finance Internship online. I was then contacted by a representative two weeks later to schedule a face to face interview. The representative never asked me about my resume or experience. She simply wanted to schedule the interview. My face to face interview took place with two supervisors from the Finance department. I was greeted by one supervisor in the lobby and she never even shook my hand. She escorted me into this small room with dim lighting. It felt like a room where interrogations should be conducted lol. Both supervisors gave me some background information about the position and what the position could do for me in the future. I was then asked to explain my work experience in great detail. Thereafter, I was asked several behavioral interview questions that required a response using STAR. When I gave my responses, the supervisor who greeted me would look away perplexed. The male supervisor was professional. I left the interview feeling like I wouldn't receive a call back.
