Conversation with head hunter on specific interest, then call with hiring manager as ore-screening . The actual interview was conducted in 1 day and included peers and cross functional colleagues

Applied for an Executive Director role, received an invitation for a preliminary interview, had the interview then I was ghosted. Is it too laborious to be courteous to job seekers? Big pharma just keeps getting worse everyday!

Me: Did you review my resume? Seriously, you can't do better than that?
the HR is nice and efficient, helped to set the interview with HM quickly. The HM kept talking about his experiences and the history of his group, asked a few questions. Tried to get back to regular interview and he always switched the topic. They gave the offer to an internal candidate.

3 cycle includes, HR interview, 1:1 with the hiring manager to panel interview including many different functions. The interview lasts approximately 1 hour and includes values, collaboration, leadership and many technical questions about the role.
