Interview
Once resume review is done there are 3 interviews (values, technical and presentation). All the interviews take place on the same day. Company values are given ahead of time. Technical interview requires you to solve a problem with multiple sub questions. My interview results took 3-4 weeks.

1. Online Assessment consisting of behavioral questionnaire and values and online cognitive Assessment.
2. Sometimes an HR Call / Screen
3. Assessment day consisting of four interviews. One Technical based on the track you are applying to. One presentation interview with roundtable discussion. One value based interview. One group interview. And a few unrated group and introductory calls.
