Technical interview, with questions based around behavioral requirements. Also a full laboratory tour. Talked on phone before with recruiter who screened me for basic requirements. Was initially rejected in the screening process, but later invited for interview over a month later.

Explanation of lab techniques listed on my CV (PCR/ Protein Purification etc.)
Firstly, The company will make an interview schedule by email you wrote in the CV. After the email both of us confirmed time schedule. They called me by phone and started asking questions.
