I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AstraZeneca (Barcelona)
Interview
Three step process with a case studio. While the interviews were pleasant, though long, they never shared any feedback and stretched the process for a month. There was a case study at a second stage where they asked you to design a year's worth of strategy only to later never provide any feedback.Rather disappointing.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AstraZeneca (Rockville, MD) in Mar 2021
Interview
Lengthy, arduous, lengthy, poorly organized, lengthy. Did I mention it was lengthy? I had two screening calls, one with HR and one with the hiring manager. Then a panel interview was setup with 4-5 people including the hiring manager and other employees I would have never worked with. Then a presentation, which moved on to questions and answers based on the presentation.
After that another set of interviews to prove ability/knowledge of the subject where they ask you prepared questions supposedly to gauge your knowledge of the position, almost like an oral test. Then a follow up interview with the hiring manager.
