AstraZeneca Research and Development interview questions

The interview was brief (~20 minutes). Questions they asked: (1) Give an example of a time where you used creativity to solve a problem. (2) Describe your experience working on a cross-functional team and what you learned from it. (3) Why do you want to work for MedImmune? They could not answer any of my questions.
