Aticco interview questions

Muy distendida y en un tono muy amable. Te hacen sentir muy cómodo. Las preguntas no son muy complicadas y lo que buscan es conocerte un poco como primera toma de contacto.

I wrote an email as I was being referred by a colleague of mine. The recruiter took 9 days to give a response to my email. Finally, we could manage to arrange a F2F meeting two weeks later. To my surprise, I met with the founder of the company, Franz Palleres, and not with the recruiter as we had previously agreed. Because she did not inform me about this, I had to rethink and sort of improvise the way to approach that interview. I decided to get in touch with her to do some follow-up on my application two weeks later (there was Christmas in between, so I though to reach back afterwards). Without any type of feedback on my interview, nor on my application, she notified me I was discarded from the hiring process. Of course, I am not very happy how everything went, also for the fact that they didn't even take five minutes to give me some feedback considering I was coming with an important referral.
