I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Atom Learning (London, England) in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview process was made very clear to me from the offset in terms of what the stages were. I really liked chatting with members of staff from Atom - they allowed me to ask lots of questions as well as answering theirs. The only thing I would ask to be changed is not to have back to back interviews as it felt quite intense and it didn’t give you a chance to have a breather before the next one.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Atom Learning in Feb 2022
Interview
I applied online and had an initial interview with a Talent Acquisition Manager within a few days where I was asked a few competency questions and also where I could also find out a little more about the role and ask questions.
I then completed two independent tasks which required me to record myself giving a presentation and write an email.
After this I had a final interview with a founder and a manager where I was asked questions about my career history, motivations for the role and joining Atom, and asked to complete a data analysis task and mock phone-call.
The whole application process was smooth and organised, and I received feedback on each stage very quickly. The final interview was challenging but enjoyable and I felt as though I was able to ask as many questions as needed and that I received an accurate picture of the role and organisation.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atom Learning (Manchester, England) in Aug 2021
Interview
The first step was applying to the job post that found on LinkedIn.
I received a call the following day from the Talent Acquisition Lead who discussed the role, my application and my suitability for the position. He was very professional and supportive, giving me the information I required to make and informed decision. I was informed there would be two tasks and a final interview.
The first task was designed to assess my email writing and communication capabilities. This task was based around a specific part of the role and was therefore very useful. I received feedback for this task within a couple of days.
I was then invited to task 2 where I had to create a video presentation giving a demo of Atom Learning to an imaginary group of parents. I was given access to the software beforehand and was able to take as long as necessary to complete the task to the best of my ability. I immediately received feedback for this task the same day.
The final interview was with two senior managers who were both extremely professional and enthusiastic about the position. They asked various questions regarding my experience and gave me a task where I had to interpret data and answer questions about this. Both managers also answered all questions that I had with confidence.
I contacted a couple of days after with an offer for employment.
