Interview
There is an initial application. Then of you are selected human resources will contact you and you take an online test. If you pass that you will be contacted and interviewed by HR and the hiring manager. You will do a complete background check and drug screening before a contract with salary and hire date are sent.

The process was very laid back and easy to get through. The questions were pretty standard but asked in a way that gave an idea of who I am as a person and the work I would be happiest doing,

Short Phone screen with the CEO to see if I met the minimum criteria.
2nd Interview , We met at a restaurant with another employee for lunch- very casual and conversational. Was told to keep in touch. Kept in touch every few weeks and later was offered a position.
