No company is perfect, and this one is no exception. While I believe the leadership team is committed to building a stronger culture and future, that transformation is still in progress. There are pockets of the company—especially in certain regions—where the culture hasn’t fully caught up with the vision. A few individuals have resisted the shift toward more collaboration, accountability, and ownership, which has occasionally created friction or slowed progress.
That said, it’s encouraging to see leadership taking culture fit seriously. People who don’t align with the values are either choosing to leave or being managed out. While this creates some short-term tension and uncertainty, especially if you’re in the middle of those changes, I believe it’s a necessary step for long-term growth. It’s tough to see turnover or restructuring happen, but it shows that the company is serious about protecting the culture it’s working hard to build.
Change is never easy, and it can feel uncomfortable at times—but I’d rather be in a company that’s actively evolving than one that stays stagnant.
