Bit unfortunate , you’re given the idea that you’re very likely to get the job. It would be better to give candidates the realistic neutral approach but unfortunately this wasn’t the case. The interview process consisted of a short initial interview then the next stage is a final interview which took approximately 3 hours. This final interview included having to look over a case study and prepare for it(given 2 days prior) . Then you will be given another case study on the day and put into groups to work on this and my feedback here didn’t seem constructive but merely something to say as a reason for not getting the job.
I would have preferred some better feedback. Something in the realm of perhaps I didn’t have the correct degrees or the experience etc. But the feedback gave me the impression they already had the jobs filled and needed an excuse to reject. They did say there was a lot of good candidates this round and to be honest that would’ve been better feedback than the feedback I got
