4 rounds of 30-45 min interviews with stakeholders (not including the initial HR screening). The interviews were very causal, as the role is global they mostly took place between 5pm - 7pm UK time. Each stage was very warming and conversational. A few competency questions were thrown in but the rest was more of a conversation about my experience to date.
