The process consisted of two peer interviews, that would have been followed by a hiring manager interview. The first interview went well, good conversation, informative, and I passed. Second interviewer spent a lot of time discussing a project I worked on years ago. Did not pass that step. I feel confident that I could have easily done the job well.
