Applied online, initial phone screen and then 1:1 with manager. Initial phone screen was with someone relatively inexperienced but still ok. Manager continually stressed how 'busy' the role was - red flag one. When I asked about the salary, they couldn't tell me what the role paid - red flag two. Recruiter rung after a week - red flag three (if you're 'busy' and 'we want to move quickly on this' but take a week to get back to candidates in this market, you're asleep at the wheel. Recruiter also relatively inexperienced and made an epic blunder around salary range. In short - a complete waste of time.
