Initial screen phone call with the recruiter from Avanade, a technical interview over the phone, an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The interview was an exploration of my work experiences and an opportunity to probe into the dynamics of the position and the company. There were a few brain teaser questions but the interview coached me along the way and I was able to get to the correct answer.
