Following this, an initial phone screening was conducted to check my qualifications and gauge my interest in the role. Subsequently, I was given a technical assessment consisting of a mix of theoretical questions and practical problems to evaluate my skills pertinent to the job. After successfully completing the assessment, I progressed to a video interview with potential team members. This round focused more on an in-depth discussion about my technical abilities and how well I could integrate with the team. The final stage involved an interview with senior management, where we discussed my career aspirations, how well I could fit into Avanade's culture, and the contributions I could potentially make to the company's goals.
